Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
There needs to be a separate tab to track production notes and status updates on a project and on a pending bid. The binder allows for a line entry, but there is not enough space and with all the additional documents that are uploaded here. We need a place to review and track notes company wide that pertain to a job. The ability to email tasks and status updates via notes would help create a company wide work flow.
Functionalities could include the following:
1. Enter notes that can be reviewed by other employees for project updates and references
2. Assign project tasks to appropriate contacts assigned to the project
3. Email notify specific contacts of certain notes and tasks assigned
4. Search notes for key words and information
5. Stamp notes with date / time / user entry information
