Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
It makes no sense to send out a transmittal for a submittal and have the actual submittal data (ie product data, shop drawings, photos) included as separate documents. Everything should be grouped together as one separate packet, whether it's for a submittal, RFI, or something else. This is how it works in Vista, I'm not sure why it's not available on this platform.
