Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
The majority of our vendors round down the sales tax on their invoices which routinely results in a penny difference when recording the invoice in the system. This is very frustrating to have to go in and correct very invoice where this occurs. It is also costing us extra money. It would be useful to provide various options for sales tax as round down, round up, etc.

An override needs to be put in the sales tax field in the distribution screen. This will allow the end user to quickly fix any penny rounding errors.
I agree. I can't tell you how much time you waste changing a penny here and there. I personally would rather have the taxes broken out based on the amount of tax I enter at the top of the screen..
