Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Currently in the scheduling program provided in ProContractor, there are limited items that we can perform. I would like to see if we could add a feature to import the Bid Items and Bid Item number to the sort and task columns found in the Task tab under "Enter Project Plan." Along with this, adding another column to import price values to each bid item to help generate a cost loaded schedule which would be imported from the estimate as well. Currently you have it set up to link predecessors but some items may have a lag time between the next items. It would be great to see which items float (lag) by allowing us to choose an option between items such as (finish to finish)(start to finish)(start to start) that way we can link the duration between the two items. Another big concern of mine is that when we go to print the schedule in the top left corner of the sheet, it only prints the Gantt Chart only. It will not show any of the start and end dates, percent complete, etc shown in the box located on the left. If I clink "View" at the bottom, it only generates a document to show the dates and items but no gantt chart is provided.
