currently we have open, all,,closed options. I have daily field reports for multiple years. I close my field reports after they are imported into payroll. I also use the field reports to create a backup to my billing. It takes a long time to open all the reports

As of Version 3.15.0, under Projects > Project Documents > "View Project Document Logs" select View = Daily Field Reports, there is an option to display the "Document Date" (using the Field Chooser) . In this screen you can double click on a DFR to make changes. However, if you want to mark any closed they will have to be done individually or imported into a time card and deleted to mass mark them closed.
