I've run into this many times, too, and have had to resort to creating a "dummy" contract invoice, saved it to an Excel file where I could manipulate it enough to get the Schedule of Values. This work-around is quite time consuming. I think I submitted a suggestion to allow highlighting and copying data when it appears as a table. I'll have to see if I actually did that and if not, I will.
