Change the functionality of Project Classifications so when a project is created the info from the Cost Types tab is copied to the project. Then all postings would be controlled by the info on the project. The problem is that if the Project Classification has an overhead percent greater than zero, you can never change it to zero on the project because zero means to use what's on the classification.
