Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Our company requires employees to record actual hours worked (i.e., from 8am-12pm and then from 1pm-5pm). Because ProContractor only has a single start time and end time, when our foreman are filling out their workers' time in Daily Field Reports, they have to create two entries per employee every day. This is time-consuming and causes them to rush through their reports, often forgetting to add cost codes and sometimes even the employee name.
It would be very helpful if our foremen could create a single time entry per employee per day (via Daily Field Reports). That is, we want the ability for foreman to record a start time, end time, break start time, break end time, and then a final end time, all in a single time report.

By law we have to show on the time cards that the employee was at lunch for 30min each 8hr shift.
