Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
When posting accounts payable for a specific piece of equipment, it would be beneficial if the AP clerk could update the maintenance log work item when entering in the invoice details. We don't have an internal mechanic, so having someone else go and enter in the invoice details again in the equipment maintenance log section seems a bit redundant. Let's say for an oil change invoice, we can update eqp#101 that an oil change happened at 100,000 km and this would update the eqp maintenance log and reset for when the next item is due.
