Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Once you've created a UDF using the Yes/No drop down and populated job records, you cannot change it to a text list which contains an option for Yes / No / N/A. This is necessary because you also cannon inactivate a UDF once it's been used. As a work around, I've started using text lists for yes / no / n/a, but this doesn't solve the problem going forward on UDF'S that should have the field populated with n/a.
