Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
In American Contractor, it was easy to change from AIA to Progress billing without re-entering any of the data. We're not seeing the same ability in ProContractor. If we had the ability to enter billing information without selecting the type, then accounting could select the type later and enter any additional required information, or if we could simply change the type selected, it would save us an enormous amount of time.
We work with many new customers each season, and the billing type isn't always known up front; sometimes it is known but it's incorrect and needs changed at the time of billing.
