The only way I can find to be able to include more than one Location (to allow for multiple rates for the same Compensation Rate) for Payroll is to have a Master Project with Sub Projects. Unfortunately, that will make Certified Payroll Reports print for each Sub Project when, in fact, it is the same project and needs to be consolidated.
