Do not close support case just because a development issue is opened

I wish the support cases on the Clearview site would remain open even though a connected development issue is created.  I no longer have any visibility to what is going on with the case and since the case is closed I can't add a note to request an update.

    Both Cases and Issues can be viewed in Clearview (from menu – Tracking > Tracking Cases or Tracking Issues). 

    A case is closed once an issue have been created because a new action item has been assigned.  If there is additional information or comments to assist the process to resolve the issue, a new case should be created and the original case number and/or issue number referenced in the synopsis. 

    This suggestion is being set to Not Applicable as there is no direct product action to be taken.
