Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
I am serving as somewhat of an administrator for our company's ProContractor. We are starting to use the ability to customize grids a lot and really like this feature of ProContractor. That said, there are several things about the grids that we'd like changed:
We have a number of saved customized grid settings that have been shared with all users that we want deleted (or at least unshared). To my knowledge, there is no way for me to delete or un-share the customized grid and there is no way for me to tell who created the customized grid (so that I can ask that user to delete/un-share it). At the very least, we'd like the ability to be able to view who created a customized grid.
On a slightly related note, I have created and shared several customized grids, but other users keep accidentally saving new settings to the grid. It would be nice to have the ability to "lock" a shared grid so that it can only be further customized by the user who created it (or if the user who created it decides to "unlock" the grid so that anyone can edit it).
Lastly, we are starting to heavily rely on numerous customized grids for our various processes ...we are about to upgrade to the new 3.6 version of ProContractor, and after reading in the Upgrading Guide that "some grids may be reset" and "you will need to re-customize the grid," I am dreading the upgrade. This will cost us countless hours in re-creating the grids. Please have upgrades retain customized grids as much as possible.

Also add the ability to share the grids with "certain" users. I know permissions will prevent users without to view the grid, but we have several executive users that don't need to see every grid created and shared with all users.
