Please develop an HTML front-end to replace the current heavy client

Moving away from a locally installed heavy client to an HTML front-end will greatly improve I.T. deployment of PCMX, and accessibility for users.  It will also remove the need to update every workstation when the server is updated.

It will also reduce the HW requirements of  end user machines, passing that load onto the server (which is already performing said functions).

We are considering the future of ProContractor and the web is definitely in our crosshairs, but this is obviously a very large project and will take a long time once we begin.
