Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
The idea is that procontractor can generate an e-mail to send but having record of what was sent and when would be a big help for proving something was sent with in a specified time. We have had different employees hired and fired and instead of searching through multiple outlook email boxes of past employees it would be much quicker to see it in procontractor.

This would be great. I have a suggestion (PCP-I-162) to add a notes section to the project that is separate from the binder items. Auto-creating a note in this section with an attachment of what was emailed, a time / date / user stamp, and who the email was generated to in this note section would be perfect! I was able to do this on other software and it was incredible helpful having the ability to review these things.
