Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
We have a significant service side to our business and we have figured out how to document this from a project management standpoint in Procontractor. We make our techs into a project each quarter and as they complete service calls they add cost codes to evidence work done for individual customers. It would be sublime if we could do a mass import of cost codes exported from our CRM into Procontractor and then to allow invoices to be imported following on those cost codes. This would eliminate significant delay and human effort in the process of getting our information into Procontractor which is our ledger of record.
