When we close a job we have to remove the job from each employee's mobile device one user at a time. This is painful We would like the option to remove a job from all employees at once.

I am pleased to announce that, in our 3.5 release, we are introducing the "Dynamic Project Control" option in Mobile Settings. Mobile Users who have this option enabled will have new projects automatically added to their list, and projects which are made inactive will automatically fall off of their list.
This feature is coming out with our 3.5 release which is beginning to roll out this month - please be on the lookout for more information on this release.
