That is all I ask. It doesn't work. When it does work it is great, but if you are using it for timecards and daily reporting, it destroys your entire operation. If anyone on here has success with it, please contact me on here.

Our latest crash report shows that in the last 30 days, only 6% of users have experienced an app crash, and many of these users were fine after re-opening the app. Those that are experiencing persistent issues are being assisted by Viewpoint as we try and find what may be causing the crashes or other issues on certain devices/users.

Justin, we will be reaching out to you soon with some customers who are happy to speak to you about how successfully they are using the mobile products. We have over 400 customers using Mobile Connect and/or PC Mobile, with many of the Mobile Connect customers having used it for years and for whom it works perfectly.
