Add .xlsm to the common estimate file filter used in the Open Estimate Related File dialog

I have created a macro enabled bid sheet to use with EiMatrix that we need to be able to access easily.  The current file filter for the Common Estimate Files does not include the .xlsm file extension.  The only way I can open this sheet is to fully enter summary and go through EiMatrix or go through the hassle of using file explorer to try to find it.

We are now starting to use the spreadsheet and really need to have a better way to get to the information.

There may be others out there who have a similar issue but are saving the spreadsheet to another directory while it's open.
