Ability to print a Certified Payroll Report on the Federal Form or on the State Form

Prevailing wage projects can either be federally funded or state funded.  State funded (for Ohio) require a certified payroll showing a breakdown of the hourly fringe amount rather than a breakdown of tax withheld.  Currently we are having to re-do all payroll reports for any state funded projects (which is time consuming).  Basically, the information is already available in ProContractor, it just needs rearranged for State reporting.

  In our 2016 Spring release, we will introduce a certified payroll export that will integrate with LCPTracker, a Viewpoint partner who provides state/agency specific certified payroll reports. LCPTracker offers LCPCertified, which prints or creates the necessary electronic file for state specific forms.  They do handle the new xml format that several states have begun to require.

  Interface with LCP Tracker-Payroll Merged

  With the new California reporting laws, it would be nice to have Pro- Contractor interface with LCP Tracker or have the capability to export to an XLM file directly from ProContractor

  XML file format for Certified Payroll Reports Merged

  As of January 1, 2016, California is now requiring certified payroll reports to be uploaded to their DIR website for most public works projects. Only option they give is to import them manually (who has time for that?!?!) or to upload in XML forma...
