Active Vendor Report showing last transaction date

Would be helpful to have a report that shows all active vendors and their last transaction date

  Old out of date vendors that we are no longer using need to be marked as inactive. Last Transaction Date would help identify these vendors.

  To mark vendors inactive.  There is nothing that shows me all active vendors and the last transaction date.  I have spent a few days combining reports and spreadsheets but it would be so much easier if there was a report that I could run.  I attempted to create a new query to see the max date but just couldn’t get it right.
