In a multi-company environment, User Function Permissions should be able to be set differently in different companies
In the current ProContractor environment, a user's function permissions carry across all companies the user has access to, i.e. a user who can post vendor invoices in Company X and who has access to Company Y can also post vendor invoices in Company Y. We would like to be able to dial the permissions down on a per-company basis, as there are times we want a user to be able to access some information in a company without being able to see/process everything they are able to do in another company.
