Add selection in "Start a Payroll Cycle" for Final Paycheck = Yes / No (similar to Standard Pay Cycles) which allows users to override the Employees salary pay rate or at least disable the salaried amount to be able to enter an hourly pay rate. Otherwise, if the salaried amount is edited then the hours paid need to be displayed on the Earnings statement. Currently, whether an employee works 1 or 40 hours, the system will pay them the same salary regardless and the salaried amount cannot be edited. On a final paycheck to get around this, the timecard needs to be entered at an hourly pay rate with the hours worked once the timecard in the employee profile with the salaried amount is disabled. It would be ideal if the pay cycle would allow this override and enter a memo on the paycheck for "FINAL PAYCHECK".

In addition, it could also be an option on the timecard lines for a box for the last date of employment to determine that the employee should not have any hours after this date. This could also tie in with updating the Employment status on the Employee profile although it might make the employee inactive and affect the paycheck from printing

It would also be ideal if the system would allow timecard lines with zero hours and a checkbox for "not worked" or something similar to track time off not paid which happens regularly in construction.
