Salaried employee paystubs should show the hours for which they are being paid. Some employees are salaried at 40 hours per week, some are salaried at 32 or less. Additionally, salaried employees use PTO, Vacation, and Holiday time with pro-rata portions of their salary charged to different g/l accounts. The detail of how many hours are being paid with the pro-rata portion of gross pay should be presented on the bottom section of the pay advice as it is with hourly employees. At the employee record level, we can see/enter standard/expected "regular" hours associated with a salaried employee's pay cycle salary - if you put something in that field, it displays on the automatic timecard line, but for salaried employees it does not make it to the pay advice (presumably because there is no "hourly rate" or calculation associated with those hours). Simple half-way solution = employee paystubs with a pay cycle salary value should display the "Regular Hours" field from the Automatic timecard entry, even though the associated "Rate" field is zero.

Hi Michael - Sometimes salary people charge their time to the wrong project and it is noticed after payroll is posted. There is no easy way to move salary time. Hourly time you can do a negative adjustment to one project and a positive adjustment to another. Salary time cannot be adjusted in this fashion. Thanks!
Lisa,
Move salary time? What is the use case?
I would add to this that is would be help if we could 'move' salary time in ProContractor. Hourly time can be moved, but salary time cannot.
fantastic idea!
