Most of our employees are remote throughout the state. We email the pay advises the day before so the employee can "audit" their checks to ensure hours and pay are correct prior to sending the direct deposit file. When it's not, it takes multiple steps to void and reissue. It would save a lot of time to simply make the corrections and post once.
