Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
The ability to print vendor labels would save me loads of time. The only options is to hand write labels or type on a typewriter and both of these options aren't the most time effective. At my company we make new files at the beginning of every year as I am sure most companies do. PLEASE HELP!!!

As of Version 4.0, this is still not available and it is overdue. It is an option to get a custom report but this is something that prior programs such as American Contractor could provide. For Vendors, please add a date range and over dollar amount to the options tab,
In addition to a Vendor label, please add Employee labels with a date range and status on the options tab.

Please add customer labels to this discussion as well for reasons concisely stated by others. I could not agree more with the comments of Gayle and Lysa. As Management Suite users for more than twenty years, we are bitterly disappointed with the shortcomings of ProContractor. Critical issues were clearly not addressed by our sales representative.
I don't disagree with you at all! - There has been a lot of things I have been disappointed in, especially after going through my checklist of items I needed in a system and paying dearly for it - to find out after getting in deep with the change, that things I requested are not available - they have a great sales team that is not all straight forward with you. So you have to look at the problem and figure out the best way to resolve it, the quickest and cheapest way. So until they can make a change - DYMO works!!
In in Management Suite you could print labels. For a software that is supposedly several years old, they are a lot of missing items that should have already been in the software. This is one of them. Also, the ability to print employee labels as well. Truly disappointing.
Suggestion - I know this is not a solution for ProContractor itself, but we have 3 DYMO LabelWriters - the 450 and the 450 Twin Turbo and LOVE THEM!!!! They print mailing labels and file labels FAST and without the expense of any ink. We put our addresses in a folder on our shared drive and we all connect to it with our DYMO so we only had to create 1 list. For me, THEY ARE WORTH EVERY DIME I PAID (and I usually find my best price online at OfficeCrave)!!
now that we have to print 1095c employee labels - cant believe this is not part of software
