For time & material invoicing and customer invoice, allow change of invoice number, project and customer.

This is useful as it will eliminate the need to void an invoice due to an incorrect customer or project and will allow change of invoice number in the case that the customer wants the contractor to use their specific invoice or contract number.

  Being able to make minor changes to T&M Invoices would be nice
