With the advent of the "Enter Miscellaneous Receipts", we've taken a good step towards being able to print an actual Deposit Slip to take to the bank. Since the bank needs to have a subtotal for the checks and a subtotal for the cash included in the total deposit, the "Cash Receipt History" needs to have subtotals for those. (I can also envision this being useful for totaling other fields for other purposes.) Also a filter on the "Deposit Ticket Number" would make it possible for the report to serve as the Bank Deposit Slip that is required by our bank and I'm assuming others as well. For this purpose, one should also be able to filter for "Cash" and "Checks" and skip EFT and Credit Card receipts.
