Payroll-need to have automatic invoice set-up for deductions such as child support, IRS levies, student loans Merged

I:n american contractor, when one of these deductions was set up for an employee, it gave the option of automatic invoice creation when payroll was posted. Then invoice was posted and check printed. now we have to enter a payable transaction for everyone of these and then post and print. Very time consuming.

  This was standard in  Maxwell Management Suites   it made sure we balanced to the penny,  until Mgmt Suites had it it seemed we would end up off  a few pennies every month.
