After reviewing Aatrix it was my understanding that the 4 Up forms (or any other W2 forms) could not be used for 2019 unless you had Aatrix since 1/1/2019? Is that correct? I didn't want to type in all the info so I purchased the old forms.
With the 3.14 release, this capability (along with W2 4ups) is available within the Aatrix integration within ProContractor. Aatrix is available free of charge to all customers to print out the year end regulatory reports and forms. I agree the 4-up forms are so much better. We also need the program to do the 1096 and W3. It needs to create the W2 and 1099 files like it did in MMS. this makes me so frustrated every year. I am not paying for Green Shades. I had to input the W2's in the BSO website and mail the 1099's. I agree 100% about the report. It needs a lot of work and training to modify reports. I am at a loss on some this.
This would be incredibly helpful as it is very time-consuming to pull information from different locations to populate this one report.
Also, in reference to year end. The 4-Up W2 Form is so much better for the employees when you are a construction firm that works in several states with several employees. It was a time saver when the option became available in MMS. Is it possible to have the option in ProContractor before year end?????????? It helps with multi state forms, Insurance audits and Trade Union Audits.I can separate our copies of the forms without two being on a page. THIS WOULD BE A GREAT OPTION!!
I agree! The information is in the system. You should be able to print all Federal forms from within the program, not have to resort to their 3rd party vendor. We were promised the moon about PCMX, but it lacks a lot of basic reports, etc.
