The Project Billing Transaction Report needs to have totals at the bottom.

American Contractor had a Transaction Report in the "Customer" section and you could print this report and it would give you total billings, retainage and cash receipts.

  Hi Cynthia,

  Please look at the last page of this report. It totals the Net Billings/Retainage/Gross Billings as well as AR Receipts.

  Hi Kara,

  This will not work, I need a report that ONLY displays the total of billings per month. Gross Billing / Retainage / Net and NOT list the receivables. Please tell me if there is a report that provides this detail.

  Hi - Have you seen the "project billing summary" report in Projects/Reports?  One of our administrators stumbled across it a couple months ago.  I think it might have been added to a semi-recent update.  I'm not sure if will meet your specific needs, but it's been very helpful for us.  Our customers understand it and prefer it to a statement or aging.
