Need to be able to pull financial reports with any period start and end date Merged

We've been requesting this for years.  There are several similar requests out there.  We NEED to be able to pull financial reports to and from any date.  If I want to pull a comparative income statement through 2/15, the prior year should be through 2/15.  After payroll is entered on Monday, I need to be able to pull an income statement that shows true income and expense through the prior week end date only, not the end of the month.  PLEASE consider this enhancement.

  I agree.  This is particularly important at year end, but the boss wants a current picture on income.
