This feature has been included in the 3.12.1 release available 1/11/2019
There isn't a way that I have found I PCMX. I set up a grid and have the job number, name, and the closed date. Then when a job is ready to be closed, I find that job in the grid, put the closing date in and inactive it. A truly poor way to have to do it, but it's the simplest way I've found. There is so much missing in this software. Truly sorry we bought it, especially when you see things that are on here for 1 - 2 years and still haven't been implemented.

i AGREE THAT WOULD BE SO MUCH EASIER
In Management Suite, you could select a series of jobs to be closed at one time. Of course this was assuming they were in number or alpha order, but it definitely saved time.
