Shame on us, we haven't been marking jobs as inactive as we go. Now that we're trying to catch up and make our data nice and tidy, it's tedious for me to go in to each job and mark as inactive. It would be neat to have an grid I could mark all jobs as active/inactive and hit save in one fell swoop. Although I do know it's my own fault for not keeping this up to date.

I Agree. I use the View job set up screen and then click on the job that needs to be closed. Of course after you save the job, you have to click at the bottom of the screen to make sure you saved properly. It is time consuming and a one more case of why do something to make our life easier. It seems like nothing is being done to make things easier and quicker for the end users.
Again, a timesaving option........
