It would be helpful if there were a box we could click to print the full social on PR Reports. There aren't many reports I would like the full social to show up on, but sometimes it is needed. Rather than going into payroll settings, changing the defaults, running the reports and switching the defaults back, a box to click 'show full social' would be useful.

Actually it would be ice to have a check box on the reports for full social security number. That want you can pick and choose what reports you need to see the full number. However, it definitely needs to be o the state unemployment report.

State Unemployment (all versions) need to have the full SSN. Even if we could print an employee list with the SSN that would be better that the current system of clicking through five screens to find the one thing you need for multiple employees.

The unemployment report is one. Also, it would be nice on the employee earnings report. We use this report when we get claims for unemployment claims after an employee files a claim. The need earning information and having the ssn i full would eliminate the need to have to go to multiple screens and reports for needed information. This is one area where PCMX is really lacking. You can't print needed information i one report. There needs to be a way for users to get information without having to pay for reports written by Viewpoint.

Can you be specific as to what reports where the option for Social Security is needed?

I agree, it is really time consuming what I file our quarterly unemployment taxes to have to go back to the employee and find their SSN. This should be an option on all reports. Would seem like then could add a field to select full or partial (last 4) of the SSN.
