Like an "live" aging report. As you are calling and making collection calls/emails you could put notes beside the invoice/customer with an update so the team knows i.e. PM, Controller, AR, etc.
YES! We currently do this outside the system on a spreadsheet, but it would be much better if there was a way to capture it within the system, in a log or on the invoice or even on the lump sum open amount.
Would love a place to put person, date, time contacted along with information on payment status such as check will be cut in xx days. Delays due to project not completed, etc. Currently using an exported AR aging, then manually updating, copying and pasting.
Chris, what is your process regarding AR invoices that you are wanting this data collection? Where are you looking at the AR invoices that you would then want to add this detail?
