Also add filter to Pay Class look up list whether in "Pay Class" setup or when entering Employee timecards to "Include Inactive Pay Classes" similar to the Employee look up list. This would reduce the list when selecting a Pay Class for timecard entries since many companies have setup Pay Classes and later decided to change their setup structure
