Please add a user auditing trail, so that we can pull reports on user activity and/or changes that have been made by users. This is particularly useful if any abuse occurs in the system, mistakes are made, etc.
Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

What type of data are you looking at for the audit trail? What tasks the user accessed?
User activity is a big one for us. We would like to see which reports the employees are pulling, or claiming to pull.
23 votes. Interesting that this has not been addressed yet.
Yes, its weird this hasn't been a feature since day 1. Any ERP should have this by default.
If I could vote again I would! I just came across this again today in lists and views. It was the best alternative I could find, until I discovered names of inactive users in the "modified by" column with a "modified date" more than a year after the user has been deactivated. I was told there is a "known bug" in the "modified by" column....
Sage 100 Contractor and QuickBooks have this feature. A must have when multiple users are inputting data.
