Add a user activity log

Being able to see what a user has done and when would let you find out what your users are doing and what modules and items within those modules they have accessed.  This feature is available on some parts of the program right now, but not on all of them and it is very difficult to find even where available  This will assist in auditing a internal users as well as allowing the company to track time spent on the program by 3rd party users such as accountants and book keepers to verify their billable hours.

  Please add a user auditing trail, so that we can pull reports on user activity and/or changes that have been made by users. This is particularly useful if any abuse occurs in the system, mistakes are made, etc.
