Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
I would like to be able to pull a report that shows the rate each employee makes, date of each raise received and the new rate that was entered. Similar to what I see in the Time Card, but for everyone instead of having to look at each employee individually. Or if I want it for one employee, still there is a picture I can see of their history.

I have to create a report with the pay rate history for 618 employees. My last software could do this with just a few clicks but it is a nightmare with ProContractor.
That’s exactly what I’ve had to do, Gayle. I won’t go so far as to say I’m disappointed with the software, but I’m new to the bookkeeping and payroll world. I have no comparison. I agree 100% though that some things that are missing just see so logical to me.
Norma, You are correct this would be a really great report to have. Raises are given at specific times during the year and my boss always want to see at least the last three raise amounts. The only way I can give him what he wants is to keep a separate excel worksheet. Talk about 2 times the work. Some of the things we need are so logical to an accountant or bookkeeper, but apparently Viewpoint doesn't realize that. I am so very disappointed in this software.
