I would like the ability to email an invoice once I have created it instead of having to export it to PDF or go back into project binder.

I am surprised we don’t have this ability implemented we are growing 10 years behind. This is resiculus!
Why won’t the system automatically sync the contacts associated with that that project? I have 500 projects running, it would be very difficult and time consuming to have to figure out who gets emailed what, if you have contacts entered for each project you should be able to see them and email them invoices, reports, etc.

If you are receiving error messages when trying to create the email, please report to Customer Support.
In the Enter Invoice function, if you add your contact to the Contacts/Routing tab and fill in the Email As Primary or CC and the Role as To, when you go to create the email if there is an email address on the Contact record, the appropriate To, CC, or BCC will fill in.
It would be nice if you were able to email it to the contacts associated with the project. Also, even when the email box is checked it will send an error message that the invoice is unable to be emailed.
Both Contract and T&M invoices have the email ability within the entry function when creating the pdf document. If email is checked, your email message window will open and allow for the entry of your recipient(s). The View Contract Invoice Log or View T&M Invoice Log will allow for a quick look up of invoices and at that point, the invoice could be selected and emailed out to the customer. What do you feel is missing?
