It would be really great if Procontactor would allow us to email a batch of invoices with the release (signed digitally) attached to the invoice. I've been having more and more General Contractors and building management companies requiring us to email invoices and the fastest option I've found is to still print everything out and scan everything in and then all that paper is essentially wasted.

Paul, not bad ideas, but still so much time wasted. From what I know of the system, if I were to save to the "Customer Binder" with the releases, I would have to post one invoice at a time. Or I would have to save each conditional release in an identifiable manner so that I'm attaching it right behind the invoice. It's still faster to print everything out and send in one email to my General contractors. To save the Conditional Release to the Invoice Binder....that's not something I've thought of. I will try it out and see if that's any faster. If it is, I'm afraid the difference would be negligible....It would be nice to have less wasted paper, though. I would still like to see Viewpoint come up with a better solution.
I just had another thought, attach the release to the invoice in the customer's binder and send all invoices needed in one batch to that customer.
I save the electronically signed release as a PDF and attach it in the binder to the invoice and save it, then email invoice with release from the binder.
