Add the ability to copy a purchase order from another job. Currently you can only copy from the same job number

We have jobs that have upwards of 30 sub jobs that we have to purchsed the same exact material / quantities   We would only have to enter a PO one time and could copy to all of the subjobs.

  Copy PO Options should allow copying from one project's PO to create a PO for another project Merged

  Tract builder purchases the same thing over and over and over for each house in the subdivision. Without this feature they need to manually create each PO
