Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Yearly we have to give raises and it would be nice to print this report by pay class so you can go through each union craft for example do all my 1st period carp apprentices , then go to the next, etc. I have 4 trades all with apprentices, so the report would need the pay class alphabetically, with the employees employee number (least to greatest) and name alpha.

Stacy, What information for each employee is needed on the report? Just Pay rate?

What I'd like this report for is to see what days were paid as Paid Time Off/Vacation for each employee. Some people are given a PTO day at random. They are not setup for a set amt. of PTO days a year so they do not show up on the PTO report. I can see how many days/hrs. they were paid for but not the actual dates they were paid for PTO
