User settings for filters should be able to be saved as well as the field sizes. It's such a huge inconvenience in having to resize columns constantly and not having the filter "contains" set as my default.

Currently filters are estimate specific. We should be able to create a filter and save it so we can use it on other estimates. It is such a hassle to constantly create the same filter for all the estimates I create.
