Currently, while reviewing and approving invoices in the All Tasks menu, the View Vendor Invoice screen does not reveal when a recorded amount is out of balance. I have to go into the Enter/Adjust Vendor Invoice screen to truly see if it is out of balance. Another example of additional steps and time needed to perform a simple task. Please add a the Remaining to Distribute line below the Transaction Amount on the View Vendor Invoice screen.

You are correct however we utilize the distribution group tab and the notes column to communicate issues or questions with invoices and this is not visible in the approve vendor invoice screen. As a result we a relegated to using the view task function to review and approve invoices.
I agree, the information is currently not visible in the View Vendor Invoice screen. The Approve Vendor Invoice function does display the transaction information to allow for distributing the amount and does show the Remaining to Distribute. Is this function something that would work for your approval workflow? If not, could you share what makes it not usable?
