With the 3.14 release, this capability is available within the Aatrix integration within ProContractor. Aatrix is available free of charge to all customers to print out the year end regulatory reports and forms. This is a security / privacy issue. I unfortunately put 3 sheets of Employee "A" and one Sheet of Employee "B" in the same envelope. if offering only one format please make it the 4 up style.
can't believe this has not been addressed yet. this is our 1st yr with PC. Migrated from AC. We had 4-up forms. I thought that was a logical option, since this is supposed to be so much better and efficient. Just ridiculous that we have to do the standard 2 up and print several copies.
Not only are the enhancements way to slow in coming out, but the support is terrible. I put a case in on the 26th and am still waiting for a call back. Called this am, but so far nothing. Really poor, poor customer relations.
We feel the same way Gayle. Flat-out frustrated with our investment. Nobody should have to process W-2's this way any more. Today all of the major payroll service bureaus process 4-up W-2's. The reason why is obvious. I'm happy to discuss with anyone who cares. 609-561-3800 x-13.
Had I know what I know now before we purchased the software, I wouldn't have gone with PCMX. In their effort to make things better they left off a lot of stuff that should have been a MUST KEEP. It's extremely frustrating as a user to not be able to do things we could in Management Suite. Things like being able to print and employee list.
I agree that it is so frustrating to go backwards with new software! I really don't know where the priorities are but maybe the developers need more help!
I don't believe they are accounting based because many of the feature requests are from end users that need smart functionality that is industry standard. I said it in another post but PC is really behind in so many ways. They need to provide this kind of functionality to make the tedious jobs easier.
We need to keep voicing our concerns and not give up on this!
I haven't printed the 4 up format, but would love to be able to do so since you won't have to re-print the same forms on multiple copies. You are also correct about the deaf ear. I am most disappoint in PCMX. As much as I disliked Management Suite, in a lot of ways it is better the PCMX.
If you've never done 4-up W-2's printed on blank perforated forms, you would not believe how efficient and quick the process becomes! Yet you have continually turned a deaf ear to making this happen even though you have admitted that it is relatively easy to do. This has been a most painful step backward from Management Suite!
