Need to be able to do subcontract change orders and be able to work on an owner billing at the same time.

When we are working on a large time and material invoice and notice that one of the estimated line aren't large enough to enter the item into the billing, we have to move money from another portion of the estimate to another.  We have to completely delete the invoice, move the money and re-enter everything again.  This wastes an incredible amount of time. We need to be able to save your entries in draft mode, got back and do the charge orders necessary, and go back to the invoice you were working on.
