Add CMR Stage and Type to the field chooser on the Change Order Log

The View Change Order Log field chooser contains the following fields Document CMR Type and Document CMR Type Name, which is the CMR Type on the entry screen. The CMR stage is labeled Document CMR Stage and Document CMR State Name. This is when running View - Change Management Records.

I am running 3.8.0.0.300. I was in all documents. I did not realize that the fields choices were different by view. Good to know. Thanks!

I am running ProContractor Version 3.8.
What version are you running at?
Also, what view are you running once in the View Change Order Logs window? I was running View Change Management Records

Our field chooser does not have these options. I am going to Projects > Change Order > View Change Order Logs. It has the following fields;
Company
Company Name
Document Assigned to Name
Document AssignedTo
Document Date
Document Description
Document Due Date
Document Inactive Date
Document Memo Short
Document Notes
Document Number
Document Owner
Document Owner Name
